Question about Simplified Chinese (China)

What is the difference between bian4=change and bian4hua4= change ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

I guess from my understanding so far, bian4 is usually a verb and bian4hua4 is usually a noun. Does this mean that you would see bian4hua4 usually at the end of a sentence? Can I say...

a: ni bian le hen duo
b: ni bian hua le hen duo
c: ni hen duo bian hua..... (Do I need a le here?)
