Question about Finnish

In English, usually when we address people we don’t know or especially people on the streets, we use words like “sir” and “ma’am” to be polite. Are there words like this I can use to address people in Finland? Like if I was asking for help I could say: “excuse me sir,” or “anteeksi, ?”
