Babies love fooling around (misbehaving),pulling drawer, biting plug, scattering tissues. Actually, it is experimenting for them. Even though It seems so ridiculous or obvious things for adult, the world is still fulled with wonderful something for babies. They are always wondering something, What is there in the drawer? How about the chewy of plug? How about the texture of tissues?.... Thus When they got to understand or be satisfied with experiments, they will stop that by themselves. Does this sound natural?

Babies love fooling around (misbehaving),pulling out drawers, chewing on plugs, scattering tissues. It is actually experimenting and trial and error for them. Even though it seems ridiculous or obvious to adults the world is still full of wonderful things for babies and their minds are still growing. They are always thinking of new things like, what is in that drawer, what happens if I chew on this plug, what do these tissues feel like ?.... Thus, when they complete and solve their task, they will stop the behavior on their own
