We don't really say "get" or "run" in this context, so the most natural option is "go through all the money."
You can also say "burn through all the money."

Simpsonsteven16 is correct. However if you want to use “run” you can say “I am running out of money” if you are low on money. If you don’t have any money left you say “I ran out of money.”

Yes but make sure you say “through” and not “thorough” because those are two different words.
