What you are doing is very TPRS-esque. Theres a theory of language acquisition. I dont know if you'd find youtube videos that are at your level by searching "TPRS English."
There's also a video/hour documentary on youtube along the lines of "Acquire ANY language NOT learn it!" He acquired the Arabic language quite fluently in 12 months.
You could do tutoring where you and the tutor go through magazine/books. They just point at thing and say what it is/describe it. They also incorporate what they refer to as something like "i+1." I dont remember the exact term.
For example: That's a man. He's wearing a suit. It's quite tailored. Etc. etc. He is dressed immaculately (that would be your +1 word. Your word that is a little more advanced or specific.)
You could do the same with native friends or try to make online friends to do the same 😊
