I believe you are right, 맞는것 같습니다.
You would not write “너 어디에 있어요?” you would write “당신은 어디에 있어요?”.
When using 너 it is the informal and less polite way of saying you.
Using 요 would be using the formal tone, so you would use “당신” for the word “you”.

@eeveeboo No problem. You could say “What is your name?” instead!
For informal, “너의 이름은 뭐야?” (used casually to people you are friends with or to someone like a child/young)
For formal, impolite “이름이 뭐에요?”
(used most commonly and standard for asking names to anyone)
For super formal, polite “성함이 어떻게 되십니까?” (used to talk to people much older or in a meeting or business)

Oh! I see!
Umm.. If I already know his/her name, but I'm not sure to call him/her "~씨" or "오빠/언니", how could I ask them?

@eeveeboo You could simply just ask how old they are and then adjust for whether they’re a man or woman!
Just to stay polite still you may ask “나이가 어떻게 되세요?” which says “How is your age?” which just means How old are you?
They’ll then say their age and it’s also polite then to ask if it would be alright to call them by 오빠/언니 (which they most likely will).
A: “나이가 어떻게 되세요?”
B: 아 저는 26살이에요
A: 그러면 오빠/언니라고 불러도 될까요? or 그러면 오빠/언니라고 해도 될까요?( Then may I call you 오빠/언니?)
If it’s someone you know their name but you are not that friendly or will not be on super close terms with, you may want to just refer to them as ~씨.
