Question about English (US)

“Right arm! No, the other one! Okay, now the other arm! Stretch! You’re almost there! Got it. Now onto the buttons.”

I found this talking when I read life-hacker for parents. He or she who are talking like above is trying making their kid put on a jacket.

My question is what is the meaning of “onto the buttons”?
I guess it’s not a complete sentence. What is omitted in this sentence?
