It's a joke (black humor). A lot a teens know it but now it's famous because of "the untouchable" film. It's the story of a child, which don't have any arm who ask his/her mother some chocolate. And she reply by this sentence "no arm, no chocolate".
When I say it...I could understand people don't find it funny. There is other jokes like that, and maybe it's better to hear than to read. I hope I answered to your question properly =)
