有空的时候， 我喜爱在网上看动画片，因为它们非常有趣,让我笑。 除了看动画片以外，我还用手机看体育节日， 因为它方便极了。
年轻的时候，我尝试了各种各样运动，特别是乒乓球。 我打了乒乓球的时候，高兴极了， 因为我可以和我的朋友一起开心地玩儿。
依我来看朋友们应该有一样共同的爱好所以他们能在一起花时间。
我希望将来我不但会成为最年轻医生而且尝试参加一些乒乓球比赛和得第一名。

“让我笑” is somewhat strange. More common usage is "引人发笑" and "让我开怀"，but you can also simply delate it.

有空的时候，我喜欢在网上看动画片，动画片太有趣了总能把我逗乐。除了看动画片，我还喜欢用手机看体育节目，因为很方便。年轻的时候我喜欢各种运动，特别是乒乓球。因为可以和朋友们一起玩儿，所以我每次打乒乓球的时候都很开心。依我看，朋友之间应该有共同的爱好，这样他们才能相处久。
我希望自己将来不但会成为一名最年轻的医生，还会多参加一些乒乓球比赛，并且取得冠军！

The 因为 after 体育节目 is not necessary and should be delated. I suggest you write 我还用手机看体育节目，（它）方便极了。I hesitate to write 它 because it's not clear whether 它 is 手机 or 节目,and your friend can understand without 它.

我打了乒乓球的时候 了 and 的时候 conflict. 了 means alreadydone and 的时候 means "when"
