The phrases are both okay but have a difference in âfeelingâ
âNobody has the right to judge youâ
Means nobody has the right to assume things about you
âNobody has the right to criticize youâ
Mean no one has the right to think bad about you
Criticize is more of a bad way of thinking
Judge is both good and bad thinking

In my opinion, "Nobody has the right to judge you" would be used in a scenario like this:
"Some people might think it's weird, but I really like ___."
"You can't help what you like, nobody has the right to judge you!"
Where "Nobody has the right to criticize you" would be used in a scenario like this:
"Every time I do something, they just tell me I'm doing it wrong."
"Hey, nobody has the right to criticize you!"
Judging somebody is more like an opinion, like how some people will be judged for liking kpop or anime.
Criticizing someone is usually more helpful, even though you might not like it. Like when someone criticizes a movie.
Criticizing is more based on facts that you can fix, and judging is more based on an opinion.
1.) "I try not to judge people who like ____."
2.) "I liked your speech, I don't think it deserved the criticism it got."
I hope I helped, this is a bit of a confusing topic to explain! đ

Thank you,
is there such phrase as
"constructive criticism" ?
is there such phrase as
"constructive criticism" ?

@AnastasiaI Yes! We use that a lot.
Sometimes people can pick apart what you do and criticize every little thing without an explaination. Constructive criticism is pointing out flaws, but also giving you a way to fix it.
When people post sentences for us to correct or pronounciation for us to fix, we're giving constructive criticism!
But if we just said, "Your pronounciation sounds bad." or "Your grammar is wrong." that would be unconstructive criticism.
