The opposite is always OF SOMETHING ELSE.
Opposites:
Up. Down
Tall. Short
Happy. Sad
etc

I see this sentence in the first part of the clip on YouTube. Is it possible that the speaker shortens the sentence? 😅

Or did they talk about something else BEFORE the beginning of this sentence?
It may be- they spoke of subject X ..... like being wealthy or this or that...
and THEN said the sentence you put down.
So the comparison of opposites COMES BEFORE.

He is saying:
How many of you, have been in the office and you read something, and you get to the end of the page and you forgot what you just read?
It does sound like he has said - the opposite - but he HAS NOT
He’s saying OFFICE
How many of you - HAVE BEEN IN THE OFFICE ...
He is speaking a bit fast especially at the end and the cadence of his words gets slurred together
as he says the very end OFFICE
The ...offICE the end of this word can kind of sound like opposITE

Also - the way he is miked - the way his microphone is working
it is adding IN a LOT of SS sounds and that is changing how his English sounds.
That is making many of his words a bit harder to hear well.
It’s his microphone that’s causing the trouble!
Because I’m a native speaker - I can edit out the extra SS sounds - it’s like a hiss. hiss. hiss
but I already know all the words he’s using
and I know the sentence structures very well.
It is difficult for a non native speaker to do this.
