“Provided” is an adjective, “providing” is the gerund form of “provide”.
Ex:
“The provided answer is acceptable.”
“The quality of the provided food is poor.”
“She's providing really good answers.”
“The quality of the food that they're providing is poor.”
“If” isn't actually comparable to these words. It's normally used to introduce a conditional clause:
“If I was tired, I would go to sleep.”
“If she's rich then why can't she afford it?”
“If you love me, tell me.”
