Question about English (US)

Hello, I'm Japanese, studying English.

When I studied TOEIC, I read this under sentence.

"I have one thing to tell you about regarding the meeting."

I've thought that about and regarding is similar word...but this two words are used together.

Why? Isn't correct only about or regarding?

Please explain me the reason why about and regarding is used together? ;w;
