年が明けて1月1日になったら、数え年(生まれた年が1歳)で40歳になるよ。

年が明けたら(来年になったら)、年齢が40歳になる
でも「数え」の年齢の数え方は日本ではあまりしませんので、日本的に言うならば39歳になるのでしょうか
