It means "I wasn't able to do my daily meditation recently, but I've gotten into the habit again"
When you "catch up" on something, it means you've "fallen behind" on it, and you're trying to make up for lost time.
It works in other situations too. If you're walking with someone and you stop to tie your shoe, but the other person keeps walking, then you walk faster so you can walk with the other person again. We say you "caught up" to that person.
