Pretty = kind of / somewhat; maybe like 다소
Very = a lot; like 너무
Really = a lot, also "truly"; like 정말
Totally = 100% / completely; like 완전히
Absolutely = 100% but more serious than "totally"

@aj159830 Yes! This is a hard concept to explain but I will try my best.
They mean the same thing in most questions. They are used to ask about amounts.
So, "Do you have any eggs?" and "Do you have some eggs?" mean the same thing.
You do not use "any" in positive, declarative sentences.
So, you would not say, "I have any eggs at my house."
You can use "any" in a negative declarative sentence though. So, you could say "I do not have any eggs at my house."
"Some" is kind of the opposite in declarative sentences.
"I have some eggs at my house" is a correct sentence. If you have a lot of eggs, you would not use "some."
For negative declarative sentences, most people will not use "some."
"I don't have some eggs at my house" is not wrong, but it sounds awkward.
A question and answer could be like this.
1: "Do you have some eggs?"
2: "No, I don't have any eggs."
I hope this helped a bit!

Thank you.
아님 some

@aj159830 I used a translator and I think you are asking the difference between "is anyone home" and "is someone home." (I am sorry I cannot type more in Korean—I am at a very beginner level TT)
In this situation they are almost the same. I think there could be a small difference, but it would be hard to explain and not very useful for a beginner. I think "Is anyone home" is a bit more common, but they are both correct.
