no, not really. however, if the person you're talking to is way older than you, you can call them uncle or aunt. i don't do that personally but some people do

@dodeta248 yeah people say خالتي او عمو في بعض الدول العربية
there are stuff like that, but the thing is.. it's different from the ones that are used in Korea and Japan. Not everyone necessarily uses them, friendly people do lol

I agree with @Nooh uncle and aunt is used in my area as well , but not everyone is using it. Also it's not the same as the honorifics used in Japanese or Korean.
