The second should here is something that was used and forgotten in the old style of English. We don’t use it commonly anymore. We just use ‘in case’ or ‘if’.
Example:
You might want to keep that key in your back pocket, should you lose it.
Here we are replacing it with should to make it a bit more fancy.

It is or isn’t for you does sound natural . Something either is meant for you or it isn’t. It is kind of poetical in a way
