"According to a research on the CNN journal, there is 95 percent of population who are able to buy the Television. This leads to the information from many other rich resources that can be accessible to most people, which helps to enhance general."

The last part, I am not sure what you are trying to say with "which helps to enhance general."

The forst sentence is good. 👍
However, for now, I'm not quite sure on what you want to imply on the second sentence. Is this about "tv helps the public know more information going around"?
