"Tho" is a short form of "Though". It is usually used only online, and it is closer to "However." It is normally only found at the end of a sentence, or right before a comma.
For example,
"All apples are red."
"That's not true tho, this apple is green."
"I need you to wash the dishes."
"I already did tho."
