Question about Korean

How does one normally read 4 digit addresses or work truck numbers?

For example,

If these numbers were STREET ADDRESSES or WORK TRUCK NUMBERS they would normally be read as two two-digit numbers. This is also often done with the name of the YEAR.

1482 = fourteen eighty-two
5734 = fifty-seven thirty-four
1928 = nineteen twenty-eight

Is this done in Korean for four digit numbers for STREET ADDRESSES, WORK TRUCK NUMBERS or YEARS?

1482 = 십사 팔십이?, 일 사 팔 이?, 천 사백 팔십이?
