How do you say this in Japanese? わたしの家（ ）狭くて、君の一戸建てとは比べ物にならない。A なんて B なんか 答えは「なんて」ですが、どうして「なんか」はだめですか。

紛らわしい問題だと思います。
「なんて」も「なんか」も指し示すことがらを悪く言う時に用いますからね。
ただし厳密には次のような違いがあるのです。
なんて→自分側を軽く見る場合
私なんてもうだめだわ。
うちの親なんてちっともわかってくれないの。
なんか→相手側を軽く見る場合
あいつの言うことなんか聞く必要ないよ。
あんたになんか知られたくない。
問題文を復習しましょう。
わたしの家のほうが君の家より下だと言っていますから、
わたしの家なんて→これが正解
もしも反対の立場なら
君の家なんかあんなに狭いじゃないか!
「うちは一戸建てだぞ。」という意味が含まれます。
