The second one is the correct sentence.
In Latin America you can hear the first sentence, but that's incorrect. Whenever the verb is conjugated, you have to use "que" before.
-> Espero estar bien (I hope I'm good)
-> Espero que esté bien (I hope he's good)
-> Espero haber terminado (I hope I have finished)
-> Espero que haya terminado (I hope he has finished)
-> Espero verla (I hope I see her)
-> Espero que la vea (I hope he sees her)
