1 is pretty good!
2 I would phrase as: "Do you want to eat pizzas, hamburgers or pizzas?" or if you want to maintain the structure: "Out of pizzas, hamburgers, and hotdogs, which do you want to eat now?"

@zanibas Thank you so much! That's so helpful because I wanted to maintain the structure to learn how to use "out of". Considering your answers, I wonder that the combination of "which" and "would you like to" is unsuitable. Is my understanding right? Or do you have any other reasons?

@moondogfermata Oh no, "which would you like" is still grammatically correct. For example:
"Out of all the study topics, which would you like to focus on today?"
"Out of all these recipes, which would you like to cook first?"
These are both correct.
"Out of all the study topics, which do you want to focus on today?"
"Out of all these recipes, which do you want to cook first?"
These are also correct, though they sound a little more clunky than above.
So it really is a flexible way of saying the same things
