Implore is to request or influence with emphasis. They are not desperate. They do not lower themselves so they remain standing. Person A making the request of person B may be of equal rank or slightly lower.
A student might implore the faculty to add a class to the options within a department.
A manager can implore the staff to use less paper cups at the water station to cut down on waste.
A spouse will implore their partner to a avoid a certain color when choosing wall paint.
Begging is a desperate request, sometimes in a meaningful conversation, sometimes (in history dramas) by dropping to their knees to lower themselves. Person A holds more power than person B who is begging.
A child might beg his parents to buy a toy.
A student who is not doing well in class might beg a teacher for extra credit.
A victim will beg a kidnapper to let them go.
A peasant might beg a noble landlord to lower the taxes they pay.
