@emtrivoli In some literatures I can see the phrase. I guess it’s the same meaning of “what’s done is done” right?

yes probably. no one says that anymore though.
you might hear "that is set in stone". similar
when you want to tell someone something is FLEXIBLE, you could say 'that's not SET IN STONE". very common.
