Question about English (US)

What does "How do you walk around full of that?" mean?

When I was reading an English novel, I met expressions of which I couldn’t understand the meanings.
The heroine is a female painter. She drew very big and great seven paints. Her lover who is an artist saw the paints and was very impressed by them. And he said, “How can you be the person that you are? How do you walk around full of that?” What does "How do you walk around full of that?" mean? Is this a compliment? Is he saying she did a great job?
