Both means insult or humiliation, but ๋ฅ์ has a sexual nuance of rape.

To add to that, you could say "๊ตด์์ ์ด๋ค" for "humiliating", but people don't say "๋ฅ์์ ์ด๋ค" ever. "๊ตด์" is more casual and common whereas "๋ฅ์" sounds much more serious. And you could feel "๊ตด์" if you did made a stupid mistake, but you never say you feel "๋ฅ์" by your own mistakes. It's a nice question!
