Well, the name itself is to be given to a man who killed a celestial deity in the story that I am developing. As of now, I do not speak Japanese nor do I intent to learn, however that won’t stop me from appreciating the culture. Hopefully that makes sense, haha.

@American_Katya That's right. To make it a little more like Japanese, it is "太陽を喰らう者" but this is a little uncool for Chuuni. By the way, "陽喰者（サンイーター）" is one word until the end of the parentheses. That's Chuuni's way of writing.

@American_Katya Oh, the conversation was updated. So how about "天喰者（サンイーター）"? "天" represents both the Sun and God. Of course, we don't usually read "天" as "サン," but Chuuni allows this expression.

@American_Katya Amazing! If you like, let me give you some advice to improve the name in your work. "Nishibi wo(o) Taberu" or "Nishibi wo(o) taberu mono" are better in grammarly. Also "nishibi" means the sun tilted to the west,
the sunlight of the sun that tilted to the west,
late afternoon sunshine.
My image of "nishibi" is an aged person, color of orange, and so on.
