roughly speaking,
"antsy" is used when you feel like you want to move around, but you can't. Or if you have a lot of pent up energy or something like that.
"nervous" is used if you feel tension and/or uncertainty about something.
"anxious" is if you feel nervous, but you don't have a specific thing you're nervous about.

@syh23 So I can say “I feel antsy because I feel like I’m going to pee and yet I am stuck in the class room.”? I just thought that people tend to move around when they want to go to the bathroom. lol

oh you know what, that's a perfect example of how it's used!
"feel like I need to pee" would be better here, though, unless you really mean you're right about to pee.
