@emtrivoli I got it. Thanks for your comments. The "minutes" means that a summarized record of the proceedings at a meeting but minute without "s" at the end of the word doesn't have that meaning, right?

correct. well done. "MINUTES" is the summary of a meeting, in writing. in this context anyway.
MINUTE without the /s/ is a bit of time.
I'll be there in ONE MINUTE.
"I'll be there in a couple minutes"
"How many minutes before dinner is ready"
60 minutes = 1 hour.
