Ambas.
En español el adjetivo va normalmente detrás del sustantivo pero si quieres enfatizar el adjetivo lo pones delante.

"Valencia es una ciudad muy bonita" es todavía más natural. Es muy común añadir ese "muy" en español.

@Alexiiia25 sí, lo sé, pero es que es una traducción del francés donde se dice “Valencia es una ciudad bastante bonita” pero como tenía dudas sobre el ordén de ciudad y bonita, he simplificado la frase aquí ^^
