Russia doesn't have many tourists not from Europe, so they haven't any strongly perceptible attitude to them like in Venetia(mostly negative) or Paris(positive). You can come, but be ready that many peoples here don't speak English.
Brazil? I can't say we know much about Brazil here, except of stereotypes as football or the carnival. I think it's okay, at least I haven't heard about Brazilian immigrants to USA or anywhere else, that means it isn't so bad to live in.
