Question about English (UK)

Hello! Could you please answer my question?

My dictionary says "bring" has several meanings, for example
1, to come to a place with sb/sth
2, to give or provide sb/sth with sth.

And, under the meaning 1, it says that "Bring Helen a present" as a sentence example.

I would like to know what this sentence means.
Thank you in advance!
