You can say "gözünüz aydın" "tebrikler" or "hayırlı olsun" but "yüzümüze aydan" is not used in Turkish, there is no word like that.

Another way to say that is "Hayırlı olsun". But you don't use it to congratulate for hard work. You say it when people made a decision or when something new happened and everyone wants it to turn out alright.
