Why is 다고 used to conjugate 달성되다 when the sentence isn’t directly quoting from someone?
I’m not sure that makes sense, sorry!

It should be '내 목표가'
I think that my goal has been achieved.
When two sentences are linked by 'that', '다고 or 라고' is needed.
I believe (that) I can fly.
