拿 和 取 都是动词，表示动作。
因为发音的缘故，口语常用“拿”。
基本上，拿 适用范围比 取 大。
因为 取 强调一个过程（相当于线段），拿 只强调一个动作（相当于一个点），拿结合其他词就能表达出更多的意思。
二者意思相同时，例如：
我去你家把东西（拿/取）回来。
还有词组：～下来，～走，等。
二者意思不同时，例如：
1.把他给我拿下。（指使手下制服某人）
