Question about English (UK)

What is the difference between I'm gong to live in Paris by next year and I'm living in Paris by next year and I'm going to travel to Paris by next year and I'm traveling to Paris by next year ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

"I'm living" sounds odd to me, but "I'm traveling" doesn't. The latter is correct, isn't it?
