Both of them are correct.
"I will be waiting from 2 till 3." In this sentence,action will be done for a while.
"I will wait from 2 till 3." In this sentence,action will be done at that moment.
In other words,in first sentence is telling for a long time in the future.In second sentence is telling the moment in the future.
