십육살(X). 열여섯살.(O)
and i've never heard that before. 16 years old is not special in korea. those aged 10, 15, 18, even 16 are all called "student". this is because koreans like to call others by his positions, jobs, etc.
this one is little more special. we call 13~19 years old people as 청소년. and i can't think of another word for it anymore.

now i saw that picture. and i found that quiz page.
yeap, i explained it with very common words, but unfortunately the question in this quiz is not common. perhaps it is very hard for any foreigner to guess the right answer. and maybe even a young korean can't guess right answer like a foreigner.
the right answer is 이팔(28). this method was used hundreds of years ago, and is now rarely used. just multiply this number. 2x8 = 16.
there is one more age called this way. 삼칠(37; age of 21) but recently, no one calls these ages like this.
