"mommy is going pick you up" sounds a lot more natural because it has a little less detail, and kind of gets straight to the point. These are very simple sentences so they don't need much detail

"Mom is going to bring you home.” sounds the most natural out of these phrases. I think it might be more common to say, “Mom will be picking you up.”
You can also say, “Have fun today!”
