Question about Japanese

To say "I don't speak [language] at all!", you say "[name of country + go = language] wa zenzen hanasemasen.

But to say you do speak a language often, would it be written, "name of country + go = language] wa yoku hanasemasen" ?

And how would you write it with other Japanese adverbs of frequency, such as 'amari/anmari", 'tama ni/metta ni', 'tokidoki', &/ or 'itsumo'?
