What is the difference between what makes me annoying and what makes me annoyed ?Feel free to just provide example sentences.

If I want to say "I am annoyed that he didn't say sorry", which one is correct?
1) What makes me annoying is he didn't even say sorry.
2) What makes me annoyed is he didn't even say sorry.
