Exactement!« Ne chie pas» du verbe chier.
Il dit «Le Canada ne chie pas sur le Québec.».
A veut dire que le Canada ne génère pas du trouble au Québec.
Tu as fait une erreur en écrivant «de verbe». Il faut utiliser «de» et «le», mais cette préposition ne fonctionne pas avec le détermiant «le», donc utilise «du» qui est en fait la contraction de «de+le».

Chier est utilisé comme métaphore donc ç'est pas aussi mal polie que ça.
C'est aussi un language très québecois, et c'est une tactique pour indiquer qu'il est du côté des québecois selon moi
