I've been trying to figure this out for 15 minutes and I still have no idea what he is trying to say here. If this is slang it must be fresh cause it's not on urban dictionary. Maybe he means he can't stop thinking about you? You might want to ask this person what they mean or just ignore that, cause he sounds confused.

@lirosalie maybe he’s talking about himself as a singer? So she has him (his songs) on repeat (meaning she plays them all the time) but she doesn’t care about him romantically anymore.
Honestly that’s all I can come up with for that
