How do you say this in English (UK)? もしパソコンやスマホがなければ遠隔授業を受けれなかったでしょう。

Is this wrong to say ‘If we hadn’t PC or Smart Phone, we could not take our classes online. ?

•Should I use ‘nor’ instead ’or’?
•Should I say ‘didn’t have’ instead ‘hadn’t’?
•Should I say ‘If WE HADN’T HAD PC or Smart Phone, We couldn’t HAVE TAKEN our classes online’?
•Could you please tell me how to describe PC and Smart Phone as a plural noun?
