Imma actually is just slang, and there isn’t a proper way to write it. People say it to make “i’m going to” short. But Imma is just between “I’m” and “going”, so you can’t also use that for “i’m not going to”. Hope this helped! :)

you can say
“I’m not gonna”
in that sentence you can only make “going” and “to” short but not “i’m” and “not”
