Question about Korean

when I'm talking in formal speech (~요) should I only use 제 or can I use 내 too? for example, if I want to say 'goodnight to my cutie' to a friend who's older than me, can I only say '제 귀여미에게 잘 자요' or can I also say '내 귀여미에게 잘 자요'? I'm confused since I thought I could only use '제' but then I saw people using 내+요 in sentences pwp
