here are some corrections: (it's ok to ask "does this sound right" instead of natural. natural is not incorrect... but 'right" flows better) . ALSO, we use contractions ALOT when we speak. instead of would not.... wouldn't. will not... won't. did not... didn't.
using contractions sounds better.
'wake up' is not wrong.... but "get up" is more common.

also.. very common (for casual speech) is... 'gonna' for going to
I thought he wasn't gonna call me back. (but not for formal written)
