Question about Hebrew

How do you say this in Hebrew? In my neighborhood, there is someone sick on every block

I am having trouble figuring out how to say "on every block." In American English, we have the concept of a "city block" which can be used as above, and in "on my block there is an old house" etc. How is this concept conveyed in Hebrew?
